Three generations, one stove
Our grandmother sold bún chả from a cart by the water. Her daughter moved it indoors, one room at a time. We kept the recipes and the charcoal, and added just enough tables to see the lake from all of them.
Everything is cooked to order in an open kitchen you can watch from the terrace. If you want to know what is in a dish, ask — we will tell you, and we will tell you honestly if it is too hot for you.
